Finding a Professional Property Manager is Essential

The content on this page is reproduced with kind permission from Richard Lillycrop.

INBIB will appoint a reputable property manager with a solid history of credentials, it is very important that your investment property is professionally taken care of and that you get your rent on time. INBIB has it's own list of recommended Property Management Companies. Because of the number of clients we deal with we find that our appointed Property Managers ensure that the service you receive is second to none.

If finding a manager yourself, make sure your property manager is an official business, registered with the state and has been in good standing for at least a few years. Most states require that a property manager holds a Real Estate Broker license and allow you to check on-line if a person is registered. Some will accept a registered Real Estate Salesperson license, if they are working under a broker. Idaho and Maine don't require the property manager to hold a license. Before appointing a new property manager INBIB will request testimonials and references. INBIB will receive reports from our pool of Property Managers confirming rents are deposited to your nominated Bank account as authorized. If required rent checks can be forwarded direct to your bank. Our appointed Property Managers will e-mail you monthly statements, so you don't have to wait to receive them by normal mail.
