Buy a Business Queensland, Australia

Buy a business in Queensland. Our purpose as Business & Introduction Brokers is to achieve the objective of helping Buyers and Sellers come to a satisfactory arrangement for the transfer of a business asset in Australia and internationally.

This is achieved firstly by the Seller placing at our disposal the necessary information to give an adequate overview of the business so we may present it to prospective buyers for the sole purpose of their ascertaining whether it is the type of business they wish to participate in. This basic overview is presented to Buyers who feel that this type of business may be what they wish to pursue.

Secondly, when Buyers arrive at the point where they have decided on type, size and location of business, we give a broader view of the nominated businesses and arrange for further in-depth information to be provided. At this stage it is only right to acknowledge that some of this business sensitive information is of a "classified" nature and the Business Owner is quite within their rights to ask for the signing of a Confidentiality Agreement.

Inspection of Business Premises

As a courtesy to the Seller of the business, all inspections of premises and discussions with Sellers (and sometimes family or staff) are arranged by the Broker or Seller at a time that suits both parties. This discretion is necessary, because not all Sellers wish to have it known they have a business for sale. Quite often the staff are not aware of the business decision that their employer has committed to.

Negotiations

There is a saying -
"Everything is for sale at a price."
Yes ... but what price?

This then is part of our service. For the smooth transition of a business you need to be on good terms with the Seller. So it is best that any offers of purchase price be made through the services of the appointed Broker. This then gives both parties time to arrive at a satisfactory acceptance of a price.

In the event of "For Sale by Owner" businesses feel free to contact us if negotiations are deadlocked. We may be able to offer a Sale Solution (Email).
