Inspections of Your USA Investment Property

The content on this page is reproduced with kind permission from Richard Lillycrop.

If you are buying a property that is not new or without a builder/rehab warranty, INBIB recommends getting a property inspection done. The inspections are very thorough and will highlight any issues that need attention now or that may need attention in the next few months. This can be facilitated through INBIBs appointed Property Management Company. The Property Management Company can organise estimates for how much longer expensive parts of the house will last eg. Roof, furnace, air-conditioning etc.

INBIB will use an accredited Building inspector who will provide a detailed report and photos if appropriate.
