Evicting Your Tenant if Rent is Not Paid

The content on this page is reproduced with kind permission from Richard Lillycrop.

INBIB's appointed Property Managers have firm instructions that we require strict compliance to. The Property Manager will take care of the eviction and the cost of the eviction will be deducted from the tenant's deposit. You will then have the rest of their deposit, should the property need work before leasing again. The eviction process varies from state to state.
