Opening a Bank Account in the USA for Your Rental Property Returns

The content on this page is reproduced with kind permission from Richard Lillycrop.

USA banks will permit the opening of a bank account, even if you are not a permanent resident of the USA. Choosing one of the larger bank which has wire transfer facilities, on-line banking and can offer property investor loans should be preferred. The reason being that although you may not be able to qualify straight away, you will have opportunity to build up a relationship with the bank, and at a later date you may be able to use their financing.

INBIB's property managers will follow our instructions in regards to Bank deposits whether in the USA or Overseas, INBIB are positioned to provide services under the one roof and will make recommendations on a case by case basis.
