Tasmania offers 4 areas to a qualified purchaser or all 4 areas to the one purchaser. The designated areas are Hobart South, Hobart North, North West Tasmania and North Tasmania. No pre-requisite to be a builder or tradesperson, a comprehensive training program is included with full time support for the new franchisee.
OPTION ONE
A purchaser would buy a franchise territory at $200,000 and the Franchisor would GUARANTEE TO RE-PURCHASE IN 4 YEARS or if you are Business Migrant after achieving residency, providing of course you have the intention of selling.
OPTION TWO
The franchisor in providing a new franchise territory would provide assistance to purchase investment property which has an Australian Govt Rental Guarantee. This would provide a Business Migrant the opportunity to satisfy the criteria for residency while providing a sustainable income .
OPTION THREE
Franchisees can elect to opt for a guaranteed income of $50,000 pa for the first 4 years of franchise operation.
In additon to all of the above the Franchisor can offer assistance with vendor financing and a home to relocate to.
